Our Package

Our events are three-day packages, usually spanning Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but can be adjusted based on your needs. Here's what you can expect from each day:

+ Friday: The ranch is yours from noon onwards for your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. You have the option to have your dinner catered or use our BBQ to cook your own. The bridal suite is available to leave your dresses, makeup, shoes, and other essentials securely overnight.

+ Saturday: The "Big Day" has arrived! You can arrive early to get ready, do your hair and makeup, and set up decorations. After the event, if you desire, you can leave your gifts locked in the bridal suite. Our uniformed staff will take care of all the cleanup, so you don't have to worry about a thing!

+ Sunday: You and your party will have continued access to the ranch until noon so that you can pick up your gifts, decorations, and other belongings.

Our package includes tables, chairs, gift table, cocktail bar, registration table, cake table, locked security box for cards/envelopes, and many other features. We also offer a wide range of complimentary wedding props for your use in "Judy's She Shed", including wine barrels, shepherd hooks, centerpieces, table decorations, greenery, table runners, vases, French doors, signs, lawn games, and more.

Our post-event clean-up is a significant benefit. Our staff, dressed in uniforms, will handle all the cleaning work. You don't need to stress about anything. Unlike many other venues, we offer this service for free, while others charge for it or require you to do it yourself.

At Honker Bay Ranch, our parking lot is well lighted for your convenience and safety. This ensures that you, our esteemed guests, can effortlessly and securely park your vehicles with utmost convenience and peace of mind.

We can provide an officiant to perform the ceremony if necessary and offer you an extensive list of our "preferred providers" (caterers, DJs, florists, photographers, etc.) all of whom meet our high standard of service and excellence.
